I need to register for a class or event. Where do I find it?
Start by clicking 'Register For Courses' from the menu bar. From there, you can search for an instructor-led event (in-person or webinar) by clicking the 'By Location' (typically city), 'By Course' (meaning by event name), or 'Course Calendar.' You can also look for instructor-led and on-demand events by program. Click on the program name to find the event.
I've registered for a class or event. Where can I find the agenda and other materials?
Click on the My Courses link from the menu bar. Locate and click on the name of the event to get to the Course Details page. If an agenda and materials are available, they will be on the Course Details page toward the bottom. Click on the name of the document to download it.
I've registered for a class or event, but now I can't attend. What should I do?
Most of the in-person classes and events have a limited number of seats available; so, if you have registered but cannot attend, it is important that you "drop" the event so your seat can be freed up for another participant. To "drop" a class or event, click on the My Courses link from the menu bar. Locate and click on the name of the event to get to the Course Details page. To the right of the Course Details page is a "drop" button. Click the button to drop out of the class or event.
Where can I find the CLE activity number or number of CEUs for a class or event?
The CLE and CEU information for a class or event can sometimes be found on the agenda, but most of the time it will be listed on the certificate of completion. If you have been issued a certificate, you can find it on the My Transcript page by clicking on the 'View Certifications' button.
My phone number, email address, or other personal information has changed. How do I update my account?
To edit any of your personal account information, click on My Profile from the menu bar. You can change any of your account information, including your password, from this page. Be sure to click the 'Apply' button to save any changes.
